Quench your hair's thirst by using the hair mist all over. Spray until your desired feel. Follow up with oil to seal. Oil scalp, shaft and ends of hair, if needed.

You don't need to use oil all over everyday. It IS recommended to spot treat (edges, bald spots, or other weak areas) everyday or every other day.
